Cancellation Policy
NMSBA Events reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund. If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:
- 6 weeks or more prior to the event - 90% refund
- 4-6 weeks prior to the event - 50% refund
- 0-4 weeks prior to the event - no refund 

COVID-19 and other unforeseen governmental situations 
What happens in the case of a lockdown or COVID-19 governmental measures? We will monitor the COVID-19 situation closely. The local Irish authorities help us in our decision-making, while we move forward with our plans. We will never replace an in-person event with an online edition without financial compensation. Online conferences are simply not the same :-) It's either face-to-face or a refund. For sponsorships agreements, a contractual distinction is made between gaining awareness and the actual exhibition, read the cancellation conditions in the sponsor contract (paragraph 14)
